To be fair, home-schooled kids are a bit odd. But I think the point is, they are completely sane compared to the norm.

Home-schooling all 10 of my kids, BTW.

The best option is a mix of both. I was homeschooled for most of my childhood. I had the right values instilled in me and was taught about the (((evils))) of this world. However, I also went to junior high and high school for a couple of years and was better for it. It was a bigger taste of the world besides work and I learned a lot of street smarts and the value of camaraderie. Ideally, people should homeschool their kids in the formative years to prevent jewish indoctrination and send them out later on.

By the way, when you homeschool your children, watch out for some of those homeschool groups. I stayed away from them. A lot of those have some strange, creepy people in them.

Strangely, NPR ran a story about teaching kids to run errands on their own in order to learn how to interact with society and learn responsibility.

Actually, we had an issue with CPS in America for "educational neglect" among 30 other charges of us victimising our children. We went to WIC to get free milk and cheese and stuff for my wife. We were the only whites at the WIC clinic. I guess that should have been a portent. The WIC worker said my child was starving and was being abused and neglected. They said he was "terrified" of me, and "urgently under-weight". We checked all US Medical standards. He was over-weight! One more notch on the scale and we would be charged with over-feeding! Either way, she called CPS. Reports are anonymous. But the State director of WIC admitted it. At the time, none of our kids were of legal school age. So educational neglect for homeschooling was bunk. Not to mention we lived in a 100% free homeschool state. HSLDA helped us with it. But they wanted us to take a very active, aggressive stance, and not cooperate at all. We would have lost our kids, and then HSLDA, presumably, would have sued them for us, for free, and make money and fame off a lawsuit. I decided NOT to throw my kids under the bus. I was professional with CPS. But made it clear they are wrong, and I will fight them. But I cooperated as best I could within reason. The required beds for each child, hot water in the house. Electricity. 72 hours of food, and who knows what other requirements. They closed the case, but said we will have a permanent state child abuse record with them. But they would not file a National Abuse Record at this time. After that, we left the US, never to return! Never once in any other nation did anyone question how I raise my kids! Yeah, HSLDA seems great. But I think they have their own agenda.

What country did you immigrate too if you don't mind me asking? I've heard of some folks packing up and going to some expat communities in Mexico.
