Not when the files follow particular parameters. The shipping is the killer.

The YouTube channel "Just A Printer" is an example of a small volume book printer and warehouser.. It's often copy machines now day, and the very reason you can buy used copiers and book binders and make them yourself for about the cost of an order of a couple thousand books.
