Again, I eat meat, but I’m not blind enough to pretend atherosclerosis is super manly and cool. I’ve gone on short plant based diets and you feel much healthier, more energetic, less stressed, and a bunch of other benefits.
I believe humans are omnivores. But the amount of meat we consume is excessive.
Can you deboonk it plz. I have heard the cholesterol in meat is absorbed better than similar nutrients in plants but I wouldn't even know where to begin researching that
