I don't usually go to the trouble, but this time I actually went and found the Twatter account in question..I can't find the post where she's bitching about her "husband" wanting to be a woman. I scrolled all the way down to the same date listed in the screenshot..

About the closest thing I could find was her bitching that there is "no support" for the spouses of transitioning people.. which is weird.. why do you need "support" if your husband's transition is such a great thing?

Yeah, poal has a lot of garbage fake posts but this happening and her going from angrily tweeting about it to acceptance and deleting such a 'hurtful comment' is also believable.
