No US aircraft can operate within the threat range of an S-400 system. I spent years wargaming potential solutions, and there really is no good answer. NATO isn't intervening because NATO can't intervene. This was one major reason the Air Force was desperate to retire the A-10 decades ago. Almost none of the pure shit equipment the US invested in since 9/11 has any practical use against a modern opponent.
