ya i thought that didn't sound right.. i just bought some lamb's hearts, after wasting my time trying to read up how to cook them im just gonna cut em up into pieces then fry it for 5 mins like any other meat. 'cooking people' love so much to overcomplicate everything, it's almost impossible to find out how to simply cook something

Heart can be cooked slow and low to be softer to the tooth. It's a dense firm muscle. If you sear it on high for a couple minutes like steak bits you will get excellent flavor but Chenier than a fatty steak. Both are good depending on the desired dish

don't have a slow cooker so it's high and fast for me
