So you basically don't know the difference between underhand and overhand in general.

See the opposite hand in the air like the plastic figure the other guy posted, followed by an overhand throw. That's a normal grande throw. If you throw underhand it's going to hit whatever cover you are using. If you are just out in the open and just throwing grenades everywhere you are doing it wrong.
