I mean it could have easily been an intentional fall that she fucked up or hadn't actually tried before. Seems too perfect of a punch line for be coincidental
If she did do it on purpose to make fun of the pureblood and ended up cracking her skull then that is even better.

Personally I think it was a staged fall that she fucked up and hurt herself on, so she blamed it on actually passing out. I’ve seen at least half a dozen people pass out in person, many more on live tv, and none of them have done such exaggerated facial expressions and motions before falling. Additionally, what are the actual odds that she would pass out during a joke about vaccines?
There’s something called a “stage fall,” which is designed to limit impact to the back and head when falling for a performance, and I think she just didn’t know about it and thought she could flop herself down for a shitty punchline
