This may he partially true but is not the crux of the problem. If you look at the federal budget, health and human services costs dwarf military spending. We are drowning in debt by and large due to indigent PoC that the feds are supporting.

Yep it's about $3 trillion a year spent publically and privately. The US military budget is like 720 billion.

Don't forget the damage they do. 2020 BLM riots led to $2 billion in insurance claims.
