absolutely. no argument against that here. They are sick and damaged, they have my pity in that regard, but catering to their mental injuries by gashing them open is the absolute worst method of curing them. Its like firing more bullets into a bullet wound to heal someone, These people suffer from Dissociative identity disorder, they deny the cruel things that happen to them by creating new identities unrelated to who they were when they were abused, changing sex is the biggest way to deny who they were. Its probably why they hate being reminded of who they were so much. Some are just merely bored autists who are already disconnected from reality and exist in the internet, that is something else.
