Invidious is open source. Anyone can run an Invidious instance. There are dozens of them. If you create and account on one, be sure to backup your subscriptions in case it goes down. It's a JSON file and you can import it into any other invidious instance. Also it seems invidious can still get access to the dislike API. 100k dislikes to 3k likes.
