I generally agree about milo, but I helped a lot of guys who were suffering from porn addiction over the years and it was always the same story, a decade of porn addiction led to getting hooked on really perverse shit as a result of novelty pursuit and decay but a month or two off porn and their old fetishes disgusted them and they just wanted women. I never dealt with a case like milo or a cuck fetishist but a couple of my charges were full on switched over to gay porn, not just trannies or pegging but actual faggots and it took them both about two months and they regained their disgust reaction. I'm saying something could have conceivably switched in his head but I'd bet he could fall right back into that old life. One of the guys I knew was a zoo/furry, same story as everybody else but he didn't follow our advice about making new friends and reconnecting with old non furfag friends and wound up buying a fursuit after r/nofap started to fall apart.
