It's simple: Santa is a mythological magical being who visits good Christian boys and girls.

Jews aren't Christians. It would be weird for a Christian dude to visit Jews to celebrate Christmas, the birth of the Christ.

The real Saint that Santa is based on would probably help kids of any religion (or no religion) because he was a legit dude.

Isn't Santa (the red/white wearing chubby white-bearded guy) a Coca-Cola character?

No. Coca Cola came up with their Santa version back in the 1930s:

"Twas the Night Before Christmas" was written in 1822, for example.
