The failure is both. The school system for sure, but also her inability to comprehend simple English...and her laziness at educating herself, above and beyond what is taught at school. I'd bet if asked some question about the trivial BS that the young in general idolize, or bitches specifically think important, she would quickly transform into an Einstein.
