Stupid? No. It just pissed me off that the insurance companies were able to lobby for that to become another law. Granted, seat belts save lives and making everyone comply with that requirement reduces the chances of injury, but if you think the insurance companies forced that law through because they give a fuck about people, you're mistaken. The only reason they made it a law was to make more money. If you get a ticket for not wearing a seat belt, your premiums go up. If a cop sees you driving without a seat belt, that's reason enough to pull you over. Do you think it's because these bastards care about your health and safety? One cop saw a nigger right here in this town not wearing a seat belt so he flipped on this lights and siren. The nigger bolted. When he crashed a few blocks later, the cop ran him over and killed him. (That's not a bullshit story) It's just more chipping away at your freedom.
