Back in the day I knew of such things. I knew of a chap who carried around a "tire slash" knife that would plunge it into the tire wall, near the rim, on some faggot in his jacked up truck with $1000/tire mudders. Their crime? Taking up four parking spots or pulling that parking on the line to prevent someone from parking next to them. Many lessons were taught, I heard. I would never advocate for such vigilantism.
