My nigger neighbor blows leaves in front of my apartment with his leaf blower every morning. So I take my rug of leaves and dump them on his rug.
Leaf blowers are fucking gay. Hey, let's blow the leaves into the street. Just blow them around now they're all gone, like magic!
I have a couple square miles of woods behind me. Those leaves get blown right back to where they came from. Actually, blown onto a big tarp and then dragged back there. "Here, you can have these back... asshole trees"

You should blow them into the yard right before you mow and then mulch or bag them. Leaf mulch doesn't form thatch and is good for mycelium.

Du-plexes and shared driveways are forever on my "never will ever do the fuck again" list. The last shared driveway was with some shitheads running a roofing repair scam and then kept parking their cars on my side. Their landlord was some kike pile of shit so the problem never really got solved until they were caught with drugs and the cops took a few of them to jail. They moved out just after that.
Make sure you add HOA to that list. Fuck neighbors who have any direct control over your property.
HOAs have been a no go since day 1. I will never live in one.
I was living in an apartment complex that didn't have any lines painted to delineate the parking spots, so the assholes would park with 6 feet between the cars. I'd get off of work in the wee hours so I had to park a couple buildings away. When I'd go grocery shopping during the day (and they were at work) I'd return the favor by wasting space, but they'd never get the hint. Also, there was a common entrance to a breezeway that they'd leave the door open to no matter how cold or hot it got outside. When I'd come in at night in the winter, it was freezing in that breezeway, but a couple of hours after I'd shut the door it'd warm up to like 50 degrees F due to heat from the apartment walls. I mentioned it a couple of times when I saw people open the door to come in and just left it open, and they'd be all like "Are you raising your voice to me?" and I'd be like "Yeah, I'd like to get $20 from you and all the others to help pay my light bill!" (electric heat pumps)
I've done this. Old neighbor did all the steps and so did I. We also did each other's parking spots if up before the other or Me and him did the whole sidewalk in front of all the Apts and mailbox. Cool guy and family.new Dude who is twice my size never shoveled shit and would step out of his snow into my clean steps.
I sweep my neighbors deck, stairs, and car when it snows. I take her trash down every week also. Just because she's old and I'm White.
