Tattoos are so fucking trashy. The leg tattoos once they run out of room on their upper bodies are the epitome of degenerate bitches.

[–] 9 pts

Not to mention the mask and blue purple hair. I bet I can guess lots about her base on all the signs. Why would anyone workout with a mask on?

[–] 8 pts

“Before I take this bar off of you, admit that there’s a biological difference between women and men. If you want me to identify as a man and save your ass, admit it!”

[–] 4 pts

Oh. My. God. I'm remembering your comment for if I'm ever in this situation. "Say men are stronger than women and I'll help you. Say it!"

[–] 7 pts

Ok, that’s one rep.

Let’s get 20 more just like that!

[–] 5 pts (edited )

Tattoos are great. It's easy to know who's a fucking moron without talking to them.

[–] -2 pt

Your ancestors were tattooed interesting

[–] 7 pts

It’s a sign of degeneracy now. And you don’t know who my ancestors were.

[–] 1 pt

Your ancestors were tattooed interesting

seems all the soys and cucks are trying to use this as defense for their degenerate tatts

[–] 0 pt

We can say chances are high. Lots of cultures do tattoos now and back then. Trace you line you never know

[–] 4 pts

My ancestors were tattooed. I am tattooed. They are meant to tell a story of personal trials or battles, depict love for family, makes identification of burnt or decapitated corpses easier lol. For a site that promotes free speech and dropping the stigma infront of openly saying nigger and kike it's pretty funny you'd all throw all tattooed folk into the same category, though 80% or more are as you say with no doubt.

[–] 1 pt

Welcome to poal. On the plus side, when someone says stupid shit like that you can call them a retard and move on with your day. If they want to argue with you then have at it.

[–] 4 pts

Our ancestors would do and not do a lot of shit.

[–] 1 pt

Oh yes I think the world can agree to that comment. Even today present folks do and not do alot of shit

[–] 2 pts

My ancestors were spear chuckers, too. Guess what happened.

[–] 0 pt

They still eat meat? Just found different ways to obtain it?

[–] 0 pt

Your still low in I dunno I can only assume

[–] 0 pt

Yes. When they had personal meaning or cultural significance. Not some degenerate jew-propagandized scribbling.

[–] 0 pt

Still can

Yes, and we grew as a civilization and gave up that primitive CRAP. Tattoos are a sign of returning to the primitive, in a bad way.

This is why you always have a spotter when doing exercises like this. Call me a bitch all you'd like, I will not bench without a spotter. Never know when an injury you don't know you have might flare up during intense exercise. And if you're really pushing yourself, you might need a little assist after your last rep to get the bar up. There is no shame in this. There is shame in looking like a fucking retard as you flop about like a fish out of water while being suffocated.

[–] 12 pts

She didn't even need a spotter; she had safety bars right there but didn't extend them for some dumb reason. She put more thought into how slutty she could look with panties and a homemade crop top than she did in basic safety.

[–] 5 pts

Exactly. I bench alone at home all the time, inside my rack with the pins set just below my lifted chest muscles. If I miss the rep, I can relax my arch and deflate my chest, then the bar is on the pins.

I'm guessing a man tried to explain this and this dumb whore had too much hubris to listen.

[–] 7 pts

Can just imagine the FB post after:

“Eww creepy white guy standing right next to my head while I was working out.

He was like “want me to spot you” and I was like “umm I already know you spotted me, can you now look away again?!”

[–] 1 pt

definitely, if I don't have a spotter available Ill use dumbbells instead and press those. Back in the day I would grab two 80 pounders and go with those as a bonus it probably actually works different types of muscle tissue

[–] 1 pt

Dumbell presses are actually really solid- they work some of the smaller, less-used stabilizing muscles in your shoulders. And of course, the risk of breaking your neck or suffocating yourself is far lower. If you lose control of the dumbell mid-press, and you just drop it to the side, you might pull or tear something if it's dropped awkwardly but I've never seen that happen.

I've seen plenty of shit like in the video, though. People trying to show off, "Look at me, me so stronk, me do this alone!" Fucking stupid. You're not impressing anyone, and the people you're trying to impress would probably suggest using a fucking spotter because they know what they're doing. If the gym is really empty, like in this video, an employee should be available to spot for you. Looks like the employee rescued this woman.

[–] 0 pt

It's videos like these which make me cringe, for the reasons you mention. People showing off in the gym are there for precisely the wrong reason - for attention whoring points and not there to be stronger. It fucking disgusts me - and these are usually the same clowns who look down on beginners like myself because we're not able to lift much.

[–] 0 pt

Well said. I wouldn't call you a bitch, rather, pragmatic and wanting to get the absolute most out of a workout.

[–] 0 pt

also shouldn't use those plate clamp things. if the weights can slide off you can free yourself by getting the bar at an angle.

[–] 0 pt

Those clamps are for people who are unsure of their ability to do the exercise properly. If you hold the bar parallel to the ground and KEEP it that way during your reps, the weights will not move (unless the bar as been dented/bent somehow). And like you said, in an emergency, all you have to do is tilt the bar left, then right, and you're left with only the bar on you, easily shoved aside or back onto the rack.

This goes back to my statement on spotters- if you're not 100% confident in your ability to do an exercise properly, get a spotter, even if it's not a particularly dangerous exercise. Most folks in the gym are friendly, and if you approach them and politely ask for help, they'll help you real quick.

[–] 7 pts

That's 110lbs. After 1 yr of weight lifting most men can curl that.

[–] 0 pt (edited )

https://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/barbell-curl

It's definitely way more than 110. This first plates are definitely not 20 pounds if those second and third are 10 and 5 respectively.

e; https://pic8.co/sh/32Dad8.png A is easily 3x as thick as B but also has a significantly increase circumference. It's at least 4x, likely 4.5x so 45lbs if B is 10 and C is 5. For it to be 110lbs while assuming the bar is 45 that leaves 70 pounds remaining. 35lb per side leaves 20 pounds. Nonstandard plate and that size is way more than 20 pounds. It's solid steel, not a bumper.

[–] 2 pts

It's 40 per side at the most. 25, 10 and a 5. 125 at most, and the way she failed it tells me she had no business even attempting that weight.

[–] 1 pt

This is the correct reply.

source: Go into any fucking gym.

[–] 0 pt

25lbs

I would agree if 'A' were merely ~ double the thickness of 'B' and not the significant increase in circumference.

[–] 0 pt

ninjatacos has it right. I miscalculated. It's 125lbs.

[–] 6 pts

God was trying to take her out for wearing face panties when no one is around!

[–] 6 pts

What would make it even funnier would be if we could see her turning down a man's offer to spot for her just before this happened.

[–] 3 pts

Why is she wearing a mask if she is alone?

[–] 3 pts

Suspect it was her camera filming another Instagram episode of “Strong, Compliant Waman”

[–] 3 pts

She wasn’t even trying

[–] 3 pts

He was charged with rape after this

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

This is why wokeness never got a hold in most gyms

[–] 2 pts

I wonder why she was filming her camel toe? Twitch thots getting more retarded by the day?

[–] 1 pt

She was supposed to testify against Hillary the next day. Even though she survived this, she shot herself twice in the back of the head later that night.
