That's what I was thinking too. But what's weird is that circumcision is a thing we're all familiar with but nobody knows the specifics of it but we can kind of just guess from seeing something like this. And that makes sense because it's probably not something any of us (here at least) would stand behind the window and watch them do. It's like looking at some medieval torture device.
