There are different types of color blindness. Some colorblind might still be able to read this while another group cannot.

Yeah that's kinda what I was asking him about but I wasn't sure exactly how to frame the question. I should have asked what colors give him trouble, that'd be more succinct.

I'm pretty sure anyone can read this test. Here, I'll check.

Yup, still legible.

it's impressive they fit all the text MOON LANDING WAS FAKE in there.

I can tell there is an F, maybe because of the title, and while I am red-green deuteranope blind and can't really make out anything legible or readable in the original, I can't in this greyscaled one either :/

yes but, i bet all color blind can see it.

THIS IS A JOKE MEME AND NOT USING MEDICALLY PROVEN shades of pure red/green with correct luma

I could tell that color blind people might still be able to see it.

I did not reverse filter out red and green in photoshop, but I have my suspicions

Its complex to verify using tools because you need to keep all blue, turn red and green both into green and use proper luma percent based on cone frequencies of eye, then merge back the final green back mixed with blue and save file.

Luma percents for human retina per pixel adjust ; ((0.299R + 0.587G) + B) [ignores discrete rods effect] : https://www.w3.org/TR/AERT/#color-contrast

also humans have 6 different genes for red cones, and that equation is centerline ave red luma in average human

many of these colorblind tests mix in BLACK ink, to avoid issues with fading colors (red ink) being discernible earlier, than without shades of grey added.

I understand it's a joke. But it would be more funny if it a actually worked too.
