Trying to find the stats, but pretty sure whites in California are still voting conservative. They've just been overrun with spics who vote Democrat 10:1.
California was early to the white replacement plan. Look, I have my own problems with California libby libs, but people like all my grandparents still live there, and they aint' changed from being conservative. Their neighborhoods just got overrun like you say.
