"Asian" includes the ME part of MENA, the South Asians/ Indians, the Central Asians, North Asians, the South East Asians and then the East Asians. The only thing that links it together is an arbitrary classification of the massive continent landmass. It's a dumb term to use for a racial subgroup. Like how the BBC use it to identify suspects...
"African" is a little confusing too, because North Africans are mostly apart of the MENA grouping.
