If you train at a real BJJ or boxing gym for a couple years, lift weights and do some tactical training, you'd wipe the floor with most of them.
Unarmed martial arts isn't a priority whatsoever in the military, they're just regular in that aspect.
The training available to civilians is better than military training but no one is going to make you do it.
