Self-hosted image sites almost always get that flag. Because randoms can host malicious files and those sites don't have the man-power to remove it all. Pic8 doesn't upload malware nor does it serve back malware. Antivirus software is complaining about the domain because said domain has at least 1 time had malware hosted on it by some random.
OneDrive has been used to serve malware too. Does that mean everything you download from onedrive is a virus? Of course not. And your antivirus doesn't flag onedrive (despite all the malware on it) because that would be a no-no for the normies.
