Most of them are decent people, it's hard to keep your morale up for long when the streets are filled with human shit bags. It's a party town, and unfortunately the thing that gets people to party also makes them idiots. Despite everything they do a pretty good job at maintaining order, so I have nothing bad to say about them, at least where I live. Honestly 9/10 times if you don't act like an idiot you won't have a problem.
