It appears it is not, sadly.

There was an archive capture made the day before that date of 18 Feb 2015 on the 17th. The next archiving was 2 days later on the 20th and this tweet does not exist on their page at that time. Unless the tweet did exist and was deleted between the 18th when it was supposedly posted and the 20th when the archive was made, it appears it is fake - funny, but fake.
