What the other guy said: there’s billions of rounds already in civilian hands. Hell I know INDIVIDUAL GUYS who have tens of thousands of rounds stockpiled, plus the fact that you can loot ammo from dead bodies/ captured sites. Supply lines can be raided, Hell the factories themselves could potentially be raided or outright destroyed... in Minecraft.
Also, a fun little thing called foreign imports. I’m probably painting a huge target on my back by posting all this but it can very well be done in Minecraft.
