A true muslim would know that in those cases it is allowed. It specifically allows for this in both sandjew texts and jew texts for cases of being force. Even in cases of fooling goyim (infadels) allow it.
It's only allowed if you're in the middle of nowhere and other food is not available, and you feel death will be coming soon if you don't eat.
If the punishment in the camp is death, then it is not blameworthy.
No. It is allowed anywhere. If your goal is to convince a goy that you are on his side or to trick / fool the goy in anyway then you do not need to follow ANY rules of jew cult 1 or jew cult 2.
It's Taqiya for sandjews. I don't think it's actually named for jews but they have the same allowance.
I wasn't debating or anything. I'm just letting you know the orthodox "Sunni" opinion.
He has forbidden to you only carrion, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that over which any name other than God's has been invoked; but if one is driven by necessity - neither coveting it nor exceeding his immediate need -no sin shall be upon him: for, behold, God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace.
2:173
It explicitly says "necessity". It being the "only available food" in the prison camp doesn't make it allowed, unless you will be forced to starve to death otherwise, wherein it would be sinless to consume.
it is allowed anywhere.
