First, she's looking for a mate on a dating app with a list of demands. Imagine a girl making all of these demands on a first date, it'd be extremely shallow.
Second, some of expectations are not based in reality, she's a heifer herself (looks to be almost 200lb), and the photo is not flattering.
These dating apps are full of guys trying to get laid messaging anything with two legs (or one depending on the guy's fetish) so there are unrealistic expectations set by women that don't apply to the real world.
Like I said, back in the day she'd be content with a good ol' church boy making a wife out of her because realistically, that's about her real world level to settle down with from the looks of it.
