Yes straight up, i saw/ read (cant member which) an interview with him a few years back. But i do recalled him asked about all the stunts he did and about those that 'backfired' and he told the interviewer that bc of all the years of physical battering he put his body through he fcked his kidneys and has to wear a permanent catheter bag (evidently you can remove them for a short periods, ie for when he did a movie role sitting at some poolside with just his shorts on). So yeah, fck that for the giggles.
