People like him don't even have to work out to have that body.
Yeah genetics are very important. In HS I trained like an animal and still sucked at my sport while the lazy fucks excelled.
Sporting ability is definitely very much genetic. There used to be a commentator for our national sports call Micheal O’ Muircheartaigh who bled GAA. He seemed to know the family backgrounds of every top level player in the country, and it was always “his father was a fine wexford hurler, and his uncle a Kerry football star in his day” - and it was that kinda thing for every player. Becomes quickly obvious that a background of sports stars will produce more stars. His best line ever though was about a fantastic Cork hurler called Sean Og O’ Haplin - “his father from Fermanagh, his mother from Fiji. Neither of them strong hurling counties.”
Lol
I worked and improved drastically... I was very athletic for a white guy could dunk about a foot inside the free throw line. I've posted the video before pm me if ya really don't believe me.. that was after an ankle surgery if I had not had that surgery I think I would have been able to get close to free throw line.. 6 foot 2...
Anyways point being black guy comes in as a freshman 6 foot 6 skinny and not strong could dunk from the free throw line off the dribble I know he didn't work hard at all... he cried like a bitch when he was forced to loft weights.
Another 6 foot 5 guy from Chicago black guy was close to as strong as me as a freshmen and I had been lifting hard for 4 years it was my sophomore year bit I redshirt I was 21.. pissed me off they had no self work ethic it was all forced on them
Dunking at 6-2 is pretty damn good from close to the foul line, man. Good on you!
Lol. You aren’t born with ripped muscles, you still gotta work out.
No, they are called "Mesomorph" Look at actor Eric Bana who played 'Hector' in the movie Troy (Yes the Brad Pitt one). In an interview this ripped guy was asked about his work out regiment... He said basically, "Oh god no, those weights are heavy"
Are you basing it off one line he said that most likely was a joke?
No you don't. I went to high school with a guy who never worked out and was naturally ripped. Guy had real bad body odour though. That wasn't from hygiene. He smelled that way even after swimming, etc.
Yeah but you know those guys who barely lift and see growth. I’m talking about after newbie gains. After that period I had to work my tail off to still get 2 pounds a month of muscle. After a year I’m lucky to get 1 pound a month.
Iused to work out with a guy, who is a pastor actually, and he could gain 5 pounds of muscle easy. He would lift for about six months, take a month off, lift for another four or five months, etc. Guy was massive.
Genetics is a thing, but there are a lot of people that just use roids and say it’s genetics.
