Yeah.. i bet they're White-owned and about as trustworthy as insurance Companys in general..
If you think it's anything like it would be in a country like the USA, you've never had to deal with a company located in South Africa before.
Correct; i don't.. but one had a possibly naive hope, that remainders of the last functioning societal order in SA was still to be found in places like "insurance for Whites' businesses".
It was back in 2017 that I noticed they were getting dysfunctional on all levels. I saw the writing on the wall and gave up on dealing with this firm at around that time. When people are trying not to get murdered the customer service goes first, things like corporate contacts returning time critical emails a whole 6 months later like it's perfectly normal and telling me I don't need to worry because it's all in good hands (after they've spent 6 months screwing up everything they've touched while thinking they were helping)
