i tested positive for lyme disease, 2 months ago. medical websites say use tweezers. don't put chemicals on the tick. the tick could regurgitate toxins. if a tick bites you, make an appt. with a dr. from what i read, the risk is low from a tick bite. but tick infections are easier to treat, soon after a bite.
