Yep! CRT is worse because it: - is an accelerationist principle that seeks to end the white race sooner by guilting white people (women are especially vulnerable to this) into a form of self genocide. - Worsens the divide between races (aka, encourages blacks to hate whites and seek revenge against them) and other groups of people (aka, invents marginalized communities) - As you said, encourages companies to search within for those that disagree with the current CRT narriative (white heterosexual males) and fire them while boosting affermative action by making sure to then hire someone from a "marginalized community" - Seeks to expand it's allies by inventing new "marginalized communities", giving them " special status" over white heterosexuals. I could go on and on but on this last point, it gives companies more options to reach that affermative action goal and get points for having less straight white men while keeping the quality of their workers up (aka, a company can hire a gay white man instead of a straight white man). Affermative action sucks but it's a more simple idea of adding minoroties to the work force, schools, etc. They had to get us used to the idea of affermative action before they could unleash CRT upon us. CRT is pure communism.
