There's certainly a good argument to be made for historic evidence of 'Caucasians' being in the same lands/ areas of different cultures during different time periods ( Iran/ Irak, Egypt,India/ China/ Persia/ Asia etc) but not the way you're trying to suggest, that the culture or people were all actually white.
