That's the thing about pronouns. You aren't going to hear me use them, so what's it to them.
And they always start a conversation, just so you know before we begin talking my pronouns are. As if it was urgently timed. I don't think these people know how pronouns work.

"ok, we're done here" and walk away. There is no reason to interact with crazy people. Get a job that doesn't require it if you're currently stuck in one that does.
