I suspect that you keep minimizing covid as the sniffles because you don’t understand the the exponential growth curve of the virus in the human body is a function of age, over-all health, previous immunity and *initial viral load*. If you don’t understand that two people with roughly the same physical health condition can have dramatically different outcomes because of difference in *initial viral load* it could seem to you like suspicious data, but fairly healthy older people that inhale relatively high quantities of virus are highly likely to die. That does not happen with the flu. Its not 99% for people over 55 or 60 sorry. It is not muddying waters to point out the fairly healthy older people with years or decades of life ahead of them are losing their lives by the millions. >if someone has a car accident with horrific injuries and dies from it, but happens to have corona in their system, they get recorded as a corona death. If this were happening on a wide scale, we would not have had a massive uptick of deaths all causes. There was a 20% increase in deaths all causes in 2020, about 3/4th of which were directly associated with covid on the death certificates. You cannot explain why half a million older americans died in the hospital with flu like symptoms from your car crash theory. We are talking about a lot of senior citizens who did not die in car crashes sorry. You cannot explain why the seasonal flu suddenly killed 20 to 50 times more people than it typically does. Covid is the most obvious rational hypothesis and your hysterical bias is not based on fact but some my team your team mentality that doesnt allow you to admit that somethings wrong because leftists are exploiting the problem. Acknowleging the problem is not the same as agreeing with a leftist justification to exploit it. Covid has in fact killed more people than the CDC recorded. About 150,000 additional unaccounted for people in nursing homes died of covid but the nursing homes covered it up. They *underestimated*.
