The ones who enable this do so deliberately. They know what happens to the male-female dynamic when women can earn their own income.
It's why the guy whose daughter wrote the book on "Women Who Work" was allowed to win.
Corporations knowingly accept less productivity so they can have diverse and female employees. I've seen it first hand. Even if you are doing 90% more, they won't notice because of sub-conscious bias.
