Right. Im 50 and get rid of 3 or 4 a month because they're lazy or stupid. Pretty much both. We are a 3 man crew always tryin to hire some help with the small shit to make our day go a little smoother. $15 an hr cash would motivate the hell outa me straight outa school. Not these kids. Its sad.

I gave up hiring helpers. Ya gotta pick em up. Loan em money on monday when they got paid on friday . Give em cigarettes. buy em lunch. drive them home after working all day and still end up doing their shit over! I had two different guys want to fight me cause I wouldnt let them smoke dope!. I did the work myself. no go backs. More money in my pocket. fukn punks.

Depends on where. $15 under the table would require three people working full time to shack up together to afford an apartment in some places. Other places you'd be doing pretty good.
