Just assign them work that would be challenging but still completely doable for a person actually qualified for their position. Make sure it's enough to require their full attention for 8 hours a day. I bet you they fail miserably. Then you can fire them for performance reasons with documentation.
These are the type of people that spend all day trying to figure out how to do as little as possible while getting as much from the company as possible. They'll be putting in requests for ergonomic chairs, desks, monitors, mice, and whatever else they can request that HR will make you provide. They'll be sure to take every second of illness time that's allowed. They'll try to pull shit like claiming not to take a lunch break and leaving an hour early. These kind of people are anything but creative when it comes to milking the system.
Ive left many places for the reasons you stated. I could not ,not see them . Lazy shit people are kryptonite to me
