I actually got bullied back in highschool, but I did fight back, sure, I didn't win most fights, but eventually they stopped bullying me because they didn't like the ones that fought back, and also they got expelled so there is that too. All I am saying is teach your children to fight back, now I am not saying to be violent, because a wise man never looks for war, but is always ready for one.

I got bullied too. I did lose some fights but the trick is to never back down. Most of the bullies were all talk and when you don't back down they have to weigh getting in a fight, possibly losing and most definitely getting in trouble with beating up someone no one really likes any way. Then I started winning fights and no one fucked with me. The best one was when one of the more popular kids started talking shit and I gave him every opportunity to back out and when he didn't I kicked the shit out of him in front of half the school.

Bingo. Same here. Except for the last fight where I fought on behalf of a younger kid and ran into the fist of a kid a few years older and fresh outta jouvie with way more experience!

I got bullied a few times. Some faggot wigger kid thought he was a nigger. Well one day I was standing there minding my own business and he walks into me in such a way it pushed me up against a wall. Naturally it pissed me off so i shoved him into a cement column. He talked a bunch of shit but I just stood my ground and waited for him to fight me. He didn't do anything but mouth off to his friends because I was probably 50 lbs bigger than him. Well any way, I always hated the little prick after that. One day in gym we were playing hockey and low and behold same guy tried shoving past me intentionally. I took a hockey stick and nailed the dumb fuck right in the temple. Nobody but my buddy saw it and he about got knocked out. Damn it felt good and I had a nice chuckle to myself. He never gave me shit after that but he still turned out like a clown later in life. Turns out he supposedly joined either the bloods or the crips...he actually got busted for road raging with some niggers and pulling guns on a person driving. Good news is, he ended up getting hit and killed by a train before he could ruin some innocent persons life. It's sad but I think all he wanted was to be seen as tough because he was insecure. Now that I think about it he fought my buddy one time and he almost kicked his ass but a bunch of the wiggers friends joined in and pulled them apart so the wigger could hit back.

Just assign them work that would be challenging but still completely doable for a person actually qualified for their position. Make sure it's enough to require their full attention for 8 hours a day. I bet you they fail miserably. Then you can fire them for performance reasons with documentation.

These are the type of people that spend all day trying to figure out how to do as little as possible while getting as much from the company as possible. They'll be putting in requests for ergonomic chairs, desks, monitors, mice, and whatever else they can request that HR will make you provide. They'll be sure to take every second of illness time that's allowed. They'll try to pull shit like claiming not to take a lunch break and leaving an hour early. These kind of people are anything but creative when it comes to milking the system.
