If substance that comes out of filtration is H2O then it is water, molecules don't have memory of being piss or shit in previous state. Transformation of biological waste back to water is part of hydrologic cycle in nature. People who will fly to other planet to colonize them gonna drink water that not so long ago came out of habitants of space ship. There aren't any intentions in nature, only cause and effect chains.
