Here I am, lady who lost weight because of depression, wasn't really fat before but hey whatever. And I'm absolutely surrounded by fat guys. They have bigger tits than me, smoke weed all day and do the bare minimum to survive. Then complain about their mental state, and I live in a red state.

Funny enough, I have Been staying late at work skipping gym Because the Diversity Hires suck ay their Jobs.

This Dude working for me , works From Home, shuts down his camera, mutes his microphone and if I am lucky, he doesn't Pretend to work By fucking shit up With his Incompetence.

To put things into perspective.. I have 16 days Of Leave from the previous financial year.. Can you imagine how little time off i ve taken?

Pick up a sporty hobby.

I'd suggest hit the gym but funny enough.. They are infested with fat assholes.

I d recommend Rock climbing. Zero fat people there.

Apes eat plants. Therefore Their stomach Is massive. This is so that they can process the massive quantities of food They have To consume Daily to survive and absorb Nutrients.

Plant Eating Animals literally Eat amd shit 20 hours per day.

A big Belly On an Ape Ia a sign of health.

Lastly, eggs are the food of Gods. Nothing but pure protein. And can be used anywhere.

Had a friend go temporary vegan. Massive gym freak. He describes going back to meat eating as a literal breath of fresh air.

As a vegan, he went temporarily crazy, Hazy Inconsistent thoughts, he looked like shit.

You are killing yourself.

Veggies Are nothing but A great Way To keep fit And drop weight. And that ia the end of it.

Technically I lost the most weight on the whisky for breakfast diet. I guess you could call that depression. Currently I am in better shape, although the literal weight is up. I am trying to slim down whilst maintaining the muscle. It's all diet.

The slim down part is primarily diet: yes. The muscle part is very little diet and 99% resistance training.
