Today was arm day. 💪 I definitely like this post because it's a reflection on how people respond to their problems. Either wallow and make them worse or do something about it.
Do some ATG low bar squats. The hamstrings are the biceps, and the quads are the triceps of the lower body. I used to hate leg day. I still did em out of necessity, but it somewhat showed. Now that I fixed my form, really focused on the eccentric and concentrics, and did a deload and stopped ego lifting like 90% of people I see on squats, all my other main lifts have skyrocketed, and I started throwing on massive amounts of mass again like newbie gains. That CNS stimulation and release of testosterone from proper heavy squats is a game changer
I'm a chick so no testosterone. But, Combining mass muscle groups during workouts are excellent. I'm in EMS and need to be strong and fit.
