Dude try some "constant motion" / "HIIT" workouts. This is the ONLY way I've seen massive shredding of my mid section and I've been lifting for over ten years. This mixed in with full body normal weight lifting during the week, and not over eating, will have you looking like a model level fit actually pretty quick (like weeks if you're already pretty good).

Thanks. I'm getting bored with my work out so I needed something new and different. I got some rings to do body weight work outs. Will look at the work out and give it a go.
