Here I am, lady who lost weight because of depression, wasn't really fat before but hey whatever. And I'm absolutely surrounded by fat guys. They have bigger tits than me, smoke weed all day and do the bare minimum to survive. Then complain about their mental state, and I live in a red state.

Funny enough, I have Been staying late at work skipping gym Because the Diversity Hires suck ay their Jobs.

In assuming that it is inherently female to cope with sadness by becoming disgusting and then the ludicrous juxtaposition of that against the assumed superiority of a male coping strategy in improvement. Really it's in no way gendered and some women reconfigure their habits and get fit while some men retreat to gamer chairs and weight gain.

Literally me. When covid started and a girl broke it off with me. I said ok fuck it no girl world falling apart I'm a little dpressed.. 6 weeks later I went from 210 pounds to just under 180 pounds.

Then I started lifting... went from maybe 225 one time I'm over 275 now can do a set of 10 at 225...

And want to know the absolute difference. Probably 3 or 4 years ago I moved this girl's apartment t she was decent looking but had rich daddy girl dead eyes I didn't like her. Didn't flirt and she didn't show any interest.

Well I'm 46 go to a little after party she said strait to my face your hot. Tells her friend that brought me crap your friend is hot. She didn't realize I was the guy that moved her 3 or 4 years ago.

Ya in incels magtows hit the weights that girl went from zero interest in me to telling me I'm hot to my face then making sure the girl that brought me knew she wanted to talk to me.

Dude try some "constant motion" / "HIIT" workouts. This is the ONLY way I've seen massive shredding of my mid section and I've been lifting for over ten years. This mixed in with full body normal weight lifting during the week, and not over eating, will have you looking like a model level fit actually pretty quick (like weeks if you're already pretty good).

Through "lockdowns" I was mostly unaffected, focused on gardening, cooking well, creative projects. I gained 2 pounds, which may well have been muscle from exercising more. My liberal ex-roommate, however, doubled down on playing video games and never leaving the house, gained so much weight he now has type 2 diabetes, and decided he is officially trans.

Same "lockdown" situation, much different outcomes. I shouldn't have been shocked by his decisions, but was just like wtf and realized many people chose similar attitudes. Shit's wild.

Do some ATG low bar squats. The hamstrings are the biceps, and the quads are the triceps of the lower body. I used to hate leg day. I still did em out of necessity, but it somewhat showed. Now that I fixed my form, really focused on the eccentric and concentrics, and did a deload and stopped ego lifting like 90% of people I see on squats, all my other main lifts have skyrocketed, and I started throwing on massive amounts of mass again like newbie gains. That CNS stimulation and release of testosterone from proper heavy squats is a game changer

I'm a chick so no testosterone. But, Combining mass muscle groups during workouts are excellent. I'm in EMS and need to be strong and fit.
