Could be fake. If it is though, how do they trigger it? Their hands are holding onto each other's body. The woman's hands do move as it happens, but it doesn't look like she's doing anything other than hanging on. I suppose it could be remote triggered by a third person, but that's getting a little elaborate for a simple poop joke video.
