Im circumcised. My 3 boys aren't. How does it get rid of serial pleasure?

It removes thousands of nerve endings, but also leaving the glans uncovered all the time causes it to keratinize due to being constantly in contact with rough fabric. The process is the same as when calluses form on your fingertips when playing guitar.
So you lose a ton of nerve endings right away, then the keratinization takes away even more sensitivity.
Removing nerve endings like that would be similar to having to go through an entire life with gloves on your hands. You still have some sensations, but it's not as visceral and sensitive as bare hands. If you think it's not that big of a deal that they robbed you of your god-given rights to experience such profound experiences like sexual pleasures as nature intended, you're sorely mistaken.

Due to neuroplasticity I don't think that is is a problem: the part of your brain that would have been used to handle your foreskin will be used for something else, probably to make other parts of your penis more sensitive. There is probably a very slight net loss.
Circumcision later in life would be a big problem, and more like an amputation. If you're older your brain isn't going to rewire itself effectively.
