This is the most jew thing ever. They are literally throwing 50 years of brainwashing away to save some sheckles. I would argue that it doesn't matter how intelligent you were, if you lose 20 points you lose 20 points. It is probably even more detrimental when you start off with less because the first 50 are a lot more important to a functioning adult than the latter 50.

But I love the fact that this is now debated in court.

Is it possible they are using racial averages to determine how much IQ loss of function there has been? Not that they are saying 20 point loss is worth more in the case of a white person as oppose a black.

No the system still discriminates in favor of the stupid ones, it just makes an attempt to make it closer to reality rather than assuming the same baseline cognitive ability for all. Smart white players still need a lot more brain damage to get compensation than dumb black players do.

An 85 IQ was the definition of retarded before they lowered it because that meant by definition most niggers are retarded. Hardly makes a lot of difference when you are 85 IQ points or lower though, think about it.

If they are paying niggers money because they have a low IQ claiming it is due to head injuries then that is fraud. Outright fraud.
