I know. There are also men who cheat. But we have to reproduce.
We need to start spurning divorcees again.
I hate the idea of pre-nupts but maybe thats the answer.
Why do you hate pre-nupts? Having a formal contract with rights and duties up front seems sensible to me. It's better than handing a marxist government a blank cheque to decide what your marriage is supposed to look like.
It's even traditional in some countries: Under brehon law the families of the bride and groom would typically negotiate the contract which was then memorised by the brehimh.
Why do you hate pre-nupts?
Because its all just so jewish. It used to be that you just wouldn’t get a divorce because everyone would think really badly of you. You were a bad christian or whatever. The contract was don’t leave and don’t fuck around with somebody else unless your spouse turns out to be an actual psychopath.
Now everybody’s got to resort to jewish lawyers to protect themselves from jewish lawyers. It feels like a losing proposition.
(((druids)))
;-P
Certainly today jewish courts will tend to slant things away from us, but it's going to end up in jewish courts anyhow and at least with prenups we can have more of a say in the process.
It's worth mentioning that those laws and contracts were written in iron age Ireland long before any jews and while divorce was legally straightforward there were massive social consequences and loss of face for everyone involved. People didn't treat divorce casually. The purpose of marriage contracts was to ensure both parties knew their resonsibilities and lived up to them.
